The ocean climate is temperate with a mild and moist character. The region has a unique microclimate that is strongly characterized by the presence of the Gironde and the Atlantic Ocean.

The total surface area is around 17 ha at about 55 meters above sea level. The vineyard is ideally oriented to the south and west, with a substrate ranging from clay-limestone and sand. The vines on the slopes are overgrown with grass to prevent erosion, while those on the plain are plowed.

Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon. Each parcel is considered a fully-fledged viticultural entity, harvested by hand and in small baskets, sorted twice in the vineyard and in the cellars, vinification per parcel in stainless steel and partly in oak. The aging happens 15 to 20 months on French oak.
