Light golden color. Fruity nose with a real grape aroma. Muscat gives the sensation as if one is tasting fresh grapes. Dry but fruity character with typical notions of muscat and exotic flowers. Tasty and fresh aftertaste.

Aromatic but dry aperitif. Delicious with seafood, sushi, asparagus and summer salads.

Semi-Continental climate. Due to the protection of the Vosges, a microclimate with less rain prevails in Alsace than elsewhere in the region. Dry, cold winters and warm summers.

100% Muscat. Hand-picked grapes. Temperature controlled fermentation on stainless steel after which short ripening and bottling.
